We accept returns and exchanges of unused items returned within 30 days of order date. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Bulk and Large orders (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, returns on larger orders are eligible for exchange and store credit only.
Love all of the pillows I have purchased! Look exactly like the photo online. The zipper doesn’t feel like it will break. Covers feel like great quality and I ordered the insert that was larger to give a fuller look. Customer service was great too! Definitely will order here again and recommend to others!
