- Pillow covers and all other decor items ship between 1 and 2 business days.
- Prep times on bulk or wholesale pillow cover orders will vary depending on order size, but we generally ship under 5 business days.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES :

We accept returns and exchanges of unused items returned within 30 days of order date. Customers are responsible for return postage.

Bulk and Large orders (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, returns on larger orders are eligible for exchange and store credit only.  Multiple or consecutive orders placed below the 10 pillow cover threshold are considered a single order and governed by our bulk and large order return policy.

There may be small variations in finished pillow cover size since they are handmade. Any variance should have no visible impact on look and feel of pillow once an insert is in the cover.

We accept international orders (outside of the United States). International customers are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Coterie, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) from our warehouse in New York (United States), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors, so actual colors may vary. We try to edit our photos to be as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

When available, all of our drop down menu options list pillow cover sizes. We suggest using a pillow insert 1 or 2 inches larger than pillow cover for a stuffed look. (ie 20x20 insert for a 19x19 cover)
